Principal Associate - Corporate

The role

Mills & Reeve is seeking an experienced Principal Associate to join their Corporate practice in Norwich. This role is for a solicitor with 10+ years of PQE and a strong background in M&A and other corporate transactional work, who is ready to lead complex matters and mentor junior colleagues.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a variety of corporate transactions, including M&A and private equity deals, acting as the day-to-day lead with Partner support
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents while driving matters forward efficiently and commercially
• Work closely with colleagues across national offices and specialist teams to deliver seamless client service
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior lawyers, helping to shape the next generation of talent
• Build and strengthen client relationships while contributing to business development and networking initiatives that support the continued growth of the team
