Corporate M&A – Solicitor / Senior Associate (3-6 PQE) – Brisbane

The role

This role is for a Corporate M&A Solicitor / Senior Associate with 3-6 PQE at Mallesons in Brisbane, focusing on a mix of M&A, ECM, and corporate advisory work. You will work closely with leading practitioners on high-profile transactions for significant public and private companies.

What you'll do

• Work on varied and challenging legal work across a mix of M&A (both public and private), ECM and corporate advisory work
• Collaborate closely with Corporate M&A teams across Australian offices
• Gain exposure to some of the region’s most high-profile transactions
• Work alongside leading practitioners
• Work on some of Australia’s most complex transactions
• Act for the region's largest and most significant public and private companies and financial institutions
• Give clients pragmatic, commercially-focussed strategic advice
• Take an active role working with members of the team to ensure efficient and effective client delivery
• Develop strong relationships with team members to facilitate effective team work
• Participate in internal / external development programs to facilitate personal development
