The role
This role is for a mid-level Banking Associate with 3+ years of experience at Hogan Lovells Cadwalader, focusing on leveraged finance transactions. The position is based in Washington D.C./Houston/Denver.
What you'll do
- Work on a highly varied portfolio of transactions for clients on both the borrower and lender side
- Engage in acquisition finance
- Handle lines of credit for public and private companies
- Manage syndicated TLA/TLB transactions
- Participate in private credit transactions
- Involve in note purchase agreement private placements
- Undertake sovereign debt financings
What we're looking for
At least three years of directly relevant experience
Significant transactional experience in bank financing transactions and related UCC matters
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively and build long-term relationships with sophisticated client teams
A commitment to excellence
A desire to contribute to an energetic, friendly and collegial culture
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of the Bar in the United States
