The role
Reed Smith is seeking a mid-level Labor & Employment Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Pittsburgh office. The role will focus on employment litigation and commercial litigation, with responsibilities including case management and client contact.

- Supervise junior associates and staff
- Serve as client contact
What we're looking for
Three to five years of experience
Experience in employment litigation and/or commercial litigation, including single plaintiff cases
Familiarity with Federal Court Rules
Familiarity with E-Discovery
Excellent writing and analytical skills
Experience handling multiple cases
Ability to serve as point person on litigation
Demonstrated project management skills
Ability to take a case and run with it
Wage and hour class actions experience· nice to have
Deposition and/or courtroom experience· nice to have
