The role
Holland & Knight is seeking an Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Executive Compensation & Benefits practice group. This role will focus on advising clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, and is open to candidates in Philadelphia, Dallas, or New York.
