The role
Mills Oakley is seeking a Lawyer with 1-3 years of PQE to join their busy Family Law practice in Sydney. This role will involve representing high net worth clients in a broad range of family law matters, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
What you'll do
- Represent high net worth clients on matters including divorce, property settlements, parenting disputes, financial agreements, child support, and family violence
- Act in alternative dispute resolution (e.g. mediations and settlement conferences)
- Act in litigated disputes
What we're looking for
1-3 years' PQE from a recognised practice
Strong client skills
Passion for Family Law
Proven track record in producing commercially focused outcomes
Specialist Accreditation in Family Law (ideal)
