The role
The Family Group is seeking two outstanding lawyers to join their team. These roles are for lawyers who will provide advice to a wide range of clients, including high-profile talent and high net worth individuals, on all areas of private family law. One role is for an associate with 1-3 years’ PQE, and the other is for a senior or managing associate with 6-9 years’ PQE who can act as the principal point of contact with clients and run cases with limited partner input.
What you'll do
- Provide advice to a wide range of clients
- Undertake matters in all areas of private family law including complex, high-value financial disputes involving off-shore assets
- Handle children matters
- Address co-habitation disputes
- Draft pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
What we're looking for
1-3 years’ PQE for associate role
6-9 years’ PQE for senior/managing associate role
Strong academics
High quality training and experience
Experience gained within a leading family practice
Pro-active and flexible
Ability to adapt skills to work on a broad range of matters
Confidence to be the principal point of contact with the client and run cases with limited partner input (for senior/managing associate role)
