The role
Weightmans is seeking a Corporate Partner or Senior Lawyer with 5+ years of experience for their M&A practice. This role is based in Leeds, Liverpool, or London and focuses on advising owner managers, private equity, and venture capital clients.

- Attract new clients
- Provide high-quality, commercially focused advice
- Support the existing team in meeting client needs
- Contribute to the growth plans of our owner managed business sector
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience
Expert knowledge and experience in all aspects of Corporate law with exposure to a broad range of work
Commercially minded with strong client relationships

Client Following
Taking a leading role in the growth of the team
Partner, Legal Director, or Senior Associate approaching partnership level
Unique legal expertise· nice to have
