The role
Watson Farley & Williams seeks a Senior Associate with 6+ years of experience to join their M&A practice in London. This role is for an experienced lawyer within the Corporate Group, focusing on high-value transactions in the firm's key sectors.
What we're looking for
Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales or other common law jurisdiction
Around 6+ years of post-qualification experience working in the corporate department of a City, international, or leading regional law firm
Proven technical legal skills in corporate transactions
Ability to operate autonomously
A hands-on, flexible attitude to providing high quality client service
Experience or an interest in one of our industry sectors (energy, infrastructure, transport)· nice to have
