Senior Associate - Asset Based Lending

The role

Mills & Reeve is seeking a Senior Associate with 4+ years of experience in Asset Based Lending to join their Finance practice. This role will focus on complex domestic and international corporate debt finance deals, particularly within asset-based lending, and is open to candidates based in Birmingham, Cambridge, or Leeds.

What you'll do

• Advise banks, lenders, fund managers and corporates on finance and security matters
• Work across asset-based lending, leveraged finance, corporate lending, with exposure to real estate finance and capital markets
• Support corporate transactions including M&A and funding structures
• Draft and negotiate key finance documentation
• Build and nurture strong client relationships and contribute to business development
