The role

This role is for a solicitor, associate, or senior associate with 4-7 PQE in banking law. The position is within the national Banking and Finance team and focuses on a broad range of transactions including acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, and asset-based lending. The role offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

What you'll do

Seek experience of a broad and varied range of banking transactions including general banking transactions, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset-based lending

What we're looking for

4-7 years PQE

Qualified to practice law in England and Wales or equivalent

Previous experience working in a banking team

Strong technical skills

Strong negotiation skills

Strong drafting experience including facility agreements, LMA agreements, credit agreements etc

Excellent inter-personal skills

A confident manner in engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels

A strong team work ethic

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Drive, commitment, self-motivation and a “can do” attitude

Discretion and professionalism at all times
