The role

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is seeking a Junior Associate for its non-contentious Financial Service Regulation practice in London. This role is for an individual with 1-2 years of experience in financial services regulatory law, focusing on advisory and transactional work for a diverse range of financial institutions.

What you'll do

• Undertake advisory and transactional/commercial projects regulatory work
• Advise clients across many sectors of the FS industry, including wholesale and retail
• Become involved in contentious work if of interest
