The role

An Associate or Senior Associate role within TLT's Real Estate Finance team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. This position is for a qualified lawyer with 3+ years of PQE, focusing on all aspects of real estate finance transactions for lender clients.

What you'll do

Deal with all aspects of real estate finance transactions
Act for multiple lender clients
Handle all aspects of real estate due diligence
Draft and negotiate transaction documents
Manage matters to completion
Deal with post-completion formalities
Nurture existing and new client relationships
Run own files with early responsibility for delivery of transactions
Provide clients with a quality service in accordance with the Firm's procedures
Engage in business development
Enhance current services offered
Support junior team members
Supervise junior team members
Assist junior team members in their development

What we're looking for

Scottish qualified lawyer

3+ year's PQE

Previous real estate finance experience

Forward thinking

Excellent analytical skills

Excellent organisational skills

Self-motivated

Ability to manage workloads and deadlines

Commercial awareness
