Senior Associate - Transactional Real Estate

The role

Michelmores is seeking a Senior Associate with 5+ years of PQE in Transactional Real Estate to join their highly regarded Residential Development team. This role involves supporting the team in delivering first-class service to clients across M&A and Real Estate matters, based in their Bristol, Cheltenham, or Exeter offices.

What you'll do

• Support the team in delivering first-class service to clients
• Undertake residential development acquisitions and disposals, acting for developers and landowners
• Undertake disposals and acquisitions of affordable housing, acting for developers and registered providers
• Provide support in relation to strategic land matters including promotion agreements and options in respect of land with longer term development potential
• Handle a wide range of matters linked to development work including overage arrangements, title due diligence, conditional contracts, easements, and tenancies
