Associate - Property Litigation

The role

Michelmores LLP is seeking a Solicitor or Associate with 3-5 PQE in contentious property law to join their highly-rated Property Litigation team in Bristol, Cheltenham, or Exeter. This role focuses on advising clients on a broad range of real property disputes and contentious matters, supporting the team in delivering high-quality client service.

What you'll do

• Advise on a complete spectrum of real property related issues including business lease renewal and opposition to renewal, short residential tenancies, residential long leases including enfranchisement, rent recovery, service charges, dilapidations, telecommunications, forfeiture and possession claims, adverse possession, easements, restrictive covenants, land registration, options, sale and purchase contracts
• Represent clients in court action, the property tribunals, arbitrations, expert determinations, and mediations
• Help train and coach more junior team members
• Delegate effectively
