Associate - Transactional Real Estate

The role

Michelmores is seeking an Associate for their Transactional Real Estate (TRE) group, specifically within the Residential Development team. This role is for an ambitious and commercially astute lawyer with 2-4+ PQE, ideally with experience in residential development work, who will support the team in delivering high-quality client service.

What you'll do

• Support the team in delivering first-class service to clients
• Handle residential development acquisitions and disposals, acting for developers and landowners
• Manage disposals and acquisitions of affordable housing, acting for developers and registered providers
• Provide support in relation to strategic land matters including promotion agreements and options in respect of land with longer term development potential
• Address a wide range of matters linked to development work including overage arrangements, title due diligence, conditional contracts, easements, and tenancies
