Associate/Senior Associate, Commercial Real Estate (ideally 3 – 6 years PQE)

The role

A solicitor with 3-6 years of PQE is sought to join a renowned Commercial Real Estate team. This role will focus on a wide range of asset management, sales and acquisitions, financing, and complex agreement for lease transactions for UK asset managers and Central London estates.

What you'll do

• Work with UK asset managers on asset management/sales and acquisitions/financing/complex agreement for lease transactions
• Undertake asset management work for Central London estates/City livery companies
• Handle headleases/property rights/rights of light/turnover leases for mixed-use historic estates
• Engage in some development/finance work
• Work with the corporate occupier and tenants team for UK and international clients
• Support occupiers with the negotiation of leases and pre-letting agreements for premises and HQ relocations
• Manage disposals, lease extensions, regears, refurbishment projects and portfolio management
