The role

An Associate Property Litigation solicitor is sought by a forward-thinking law firm for its ambitious regional team. This role is for an individual seeking to develop their entrepreneurial potential, build client relationships, and provide relevant advice within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What you'll do

Be involved in all aspects of property litigation, working with private clients as well as corporate clients and retailers, landowner developers, and property developers and investors
Play an important part in growing and developing the Property Litigation team over time
Handle your own caseload whilst knowing when and how to seek support and guidance on more challenging matters
Actively engage with clients early on
Increase confidence through high quality supervision
Promote further independence over time

What we're looking for

Expertise across a range of contentious property matters

Experience in disputes concerning development land (including telecoms) and property contracts

Experience in landlord and tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and breach of lease covenants

Personally motivated to continue developing skills with clients

Ability to understand the wider context of clients' business interests

Passion for innovation, collaboration, and achieving great things together
