Solicitor/Associate (Telecoms)

The role

An experienced solicitor/associate level lawyer is sought for a London-based full-time role in the Commercial Property, Telecoms and Licensing department. This role will primarily support the department's telecoms clients, focusing on both contentious and non-contentious matters related to 'The Telecoms Code'. The position is ideal for someone looking to develop a specialist practice in telecoms law or those with a commercial property background eager to apply transferable skills.

What you'll do

• Draft negotiate and complete leases and licences to document the installation and use of masts on new and existing sites
• Issue proceedings at court or the Tribunal to seek rights under the Telecoms Code and/or renew telecoms agreements under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
• Draft and serve notices under the Telecoms Code
