The role
Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking an Associate with a minimum of 2 years PQE for their Environment & Planning practice in Melbourne. This role will focus on environmental and climate law matters, working with Partners Elisa de Wit and Jacqueline Plant, and will involve a mix of transaction, advice, and litigation work.
What you'll do
- Engage in a mix of transaction, advice and litigation work in the areas of Climate Change, Carbon, major project approvals, environmental licensing and compliance, Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Court proceedings, contaminated land and waste management, water law, risk management and incident response
- Follow the International Academy career development programme
- Gain practical experience through working with supportive partners
