The role
Gilbert + Tobin is seeking a Lawyer, Energy and Projects (Project Finance) with 3+ years of PQE to join their Sydney team. This role will focus on project finance transactions within the infrastructure, energy, and resources sectors.
What you'll do
- Work on project finance transactions in the infrastructure (PPPs, social and affordable housing and other infrastructure), energy and resources sectors
- Support the team on other financings
What we're looking for
Minimum three years post-qualification experience (PQE) or equivalent
Strong interest in project finance
Experience in finance
Strong analytical, negotiation and drafting skills
Commercial awareness and ability to work effectively with clients
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
