Legal consultant (5+ PQE) - employment - London

The role

Peerpoint is seeking experienced employment lawyers for its global platform, providing opportunities for self-directed consultants to undertake assignments typically six months or longer. This role is for lawyers with a minimum of five years of top-tier post-qualification experience in employment law, looking for flexibility, variety, and professional development.

What you'll do

• Manage complex employment litigation
• Advise on employment policies and practices
• Advise on people strategy
• Advise on risk management
• Advise on employment-related M&A
• Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations
• Advise the leadership team and Board on Employment, Incentives & Pensions matters
• Provide commercial advice on a broad range of employee relations and employment law matters
• Advise on investigations and the resolution of workplace disputes
• Advise on restructuring or reorganisations
• Advise on performance management
• Advise on projects related to M&A activities
• Advise on adapting to regulatory changes
• Support business advisory and litigation teams on issues including absences, performance management, reorganisations and redundancies
• Advise on cross-border employment issues including hiring, disciplinary actions, reorganisations and global HR projects
• Assist on a key client's global HR project
