Senior Associate - Employment

The role

Cripps is seeking a Senior Associate for its Employment practice in London. This role is for an experienced employment lawyer who will advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters, manage their own caseload, and contribute to client relationship building and business development.

What you'll do

• Deliver high-quality employment law advice to a diverse client base
• Build trusted relationships with clients, developing a strong understanding of their businesses and commercial priorities
• Manage matters independently while keeping clients informed on progress, outcomes and costs
• Supervise and support trainee solicitors and junior lawyers
• Contribute to client pitches, proposals and thought leadership
• Play an active role in business development, including networking, events and articles
• Support the firm’s commitment to excellent client service, risk management and professional standards
• Manage matters efficiently, including time recording, billing and fee recovery
• Advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters
• Contribute to client strategy
• Support the team’s continued growth through client engagement and business development activity
