The role
Our leading employment law practice is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 1-year PQE+ to join its rapidly expanding Edinburgh office. The role offers exposure to high-profile clients and the opportunity to learn from leading partners, including Katie Russell, within a large, collaborative national team.
What you'll do
- Advise on all aspects of employment law
- Advise on the full range of employment tribunal and civil litigation
- Advise on team moves and enforcing restrictive covenants
- Identify and manage ESG risks and opportunities
What we're looking for
1-year PQE+
Relevant experience working on employment matters
The ability to work well as part of a large, collaborative team and directly with clients
The ability to manage a complex and varied workload effectively
Self-motivation and eagerness to learn
Registration as a lawyer with the SRA or Law Society of Scotland
