Employment Senior Associate

The role

This role is for a Senior Associate in the national employment team, focusing on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters for a distinguished client base across various sectors. The position is ideal for a proactive and client-focused lawyer with at least 5 years PQE who is eager to take ownership of client and business development initiatives.

What you'll do

• Work across a diverse portfolio including higher education, logistics, mobility, technology, retail, and financial services
• Immerse yourself in both contentious and non-contentious matters including Employment Tribunal cases, corporate support and general advisory work
• Actively participate in client and business development initiatives
• Take ownership of client and business development initiatives
• Support colleagues
• Contribute to the team’s growth
• Advise on disciplinary and grievance issues
• Advise on discrimination and whistleblowing claims
• Advise on policy and contract matters
• Advise on restructures and redundancies
• Advise on employment elements of corporate transactions
