The role
This role is for a Senior Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-admission experience in defendant workers compensation and public liability matters. The lawyer will work directly alongside partners Alex Lustig and Erica Thuijs, contributing to a collaborative insurance law practice and potentially providing leadership to junior lawyers.

What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience
Defendant experience in workers compensation and public liability matters
Strong knowledge of the statutory workers compensation system and legal principles relevant to common law claims
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Confidence to act in a client-facing role
Understanding and knowledge in the use of various IT systems
Permitted to work in Australia on an unrestricted basis
