The role
This is an opportunity for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join the Workplace Relations and Safety team at HWLE. The role is for experienced employment lawyers who can advise a broad range of clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment and safety matters.
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience working across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
Broad experience providing advice on employment and safety matters
Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
A proven record of building relationships with clients
A proven record of taking the lead on matters
A proven record of working cooperatively with team members including juniors
A genuine appetite to assist in growing the practice
Full working rights in Australia
A valid practising certificate
