Senior Associate/Special Counsel - Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety

The role

This role is for a Senior Associate/Special Counsel to join the Perth Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety (WRES) team. The position involves working closely with Partner Anna Casellas on large, complex matters for major clients in the public and private sectors.

What you'll do

• Advise on all aspects of workplace relations including industrial relations, employment, work health and safety, anti-discrimination and diversity
• Work on compliance and regulatory matters
• Provide strategic and industrial advice
• Handle litigation across all Courts and Tribunals
• Work with clients across the full spectrum of the employment relationship; from recruitment through to management, and termination
• Handle matters spanning all facets of employment law, industrial relations, discrimination, work health and safety, executive remuneration and diversity
