The role

Gilbert + Tobin is seeking a lawyer with at least two years of PQE in banking and finance transactions to join their Banking team. The role is for someone motivated to work on significant and complex transactions in a supportive environment, with a focus on leveraged, acquisition, project, corporate, or real estate finance.

Work alongside talented partners and lawyers on transactions that shape the market

What we're looking for

At least two years’ PQE in banking and finance transactions, or equivalent experience, with exposure to leveraged, acquisition, project, corporate or real estate finance

Initiative and a willingness to contribute to complex matters and make the most of development opportunities

Strong drafting and analytical skills

The ability to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels

The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others
