Clyde & Co is seeking a Senior Associate (5+ PQE) for its Financial Institutions, Directors & Officers practice in Sydney, Australia. This role involves complex, high-value commercial litigation matters, offering significant client exposure and opportunities for professional development.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience

Solid commercial litigation background gained from a top tier private practice environment

Australian or overseas qualified lawyers welcome

Highly refined communication skills for dealing with Counsel and solicitors

Experience working with and analysing high volume data sets and evidence on a cross-border basis

Precise, clear drafting skills

Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Commercial awareness and confidence in building rapport with clients

Ability to lead and delegate (for more senior lawyers)
