Associate (2-4PQE), Insurance (Financial Institutions, D&O) at Clyde & Co

The role

Clyde & Co is seeking an Associate with 2-4 years of PQE for its Financial Institutions, D&O practice in Sydney, Australia. This role will involve handling complex financial lines, professional indemnity, construction and engineering, D&O, and W&I matters, providing coverage and dispute resolution services. The Associate will work closely with partners on market-leading matters and be heavily involved in all aspects of cases.

Handle warranty and indemnity (W&I) matters
Provide coverage services to clients
Provide dispute resolution services to clients
Be heavily involved in all aspects of matters

What we're looking for

2-4 years of experience as an Associate

Strong academic credentials

Self-driven with excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently

Commercial awareness

General insurance litigation experience· nice to have
