The role
Gilbert + Tobin is seeking a Lawyer, Infrastructure Finance with 3-5 years of PQE to join their Melbourne-based Banking and Projects team. This role focuses on complex and high-profile financing transactions within the infrastructure and energy sectors.
What we're looking for
Lawyer with 3-5 years PQE or equivalent
Strong interest in infrastructure finance / project finance
Experience in finance with exposure to infrastructure finance / project finance highly regarded
Strong analytical, negotiation and drafting skills
Commercial awareness and ability to work effectively with clients
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Motivated, proactive and eager to work on technically challenging, high-profile transactions
Direct project finance experience· nice to have
