Infrastructure, Projects and Energy Associate, NQ+, Manchester

The role

Addleshaw Goddard is seeking an Associate to join their Infrastructure, Projects and Energy (IPE) practice in Manchester. This role is for a lawyer with NQ+ experience, focusing on a broad range of infrastructure, public sector, regeneration, and commercial projects for significant UK organisations.

What you'll do

• Advise public and private sector clients on a wide range of infrastructure, regeneration and commercial projects
• Support on project development, procurement exercises, strategic partnerships, commercial contracts and operational arrangements
• Work across sectors such as healthcare, housing, regeneration, education, energy, utilities, transport and local government
• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial and project documentation
• Manage workstreams on complex matters and take increasing responsibility for client contact and transaction management
• Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted adviser through responsive and commercially focused advice
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver integrated solutions for clients
