The role

A Lawyer or Associate with 1-4 years of PQE is sought to join MinterEllison's leading Public Law team in Sydney. This role will involve working on a diverse litigation caseload, including merits review and judicial review matters before various federal courts, and will provide significant advocacy exposure. The position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in public and administrative law, preferably with government litigation experience.

What you'll do

• Work on a diverse and high-volume litigation caseload
• Handle merits review matters before the Administrative Review Tribunal
• Handle judicial review matters across the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Federal Court and High Court
• Appear in interlocutory hearings, final hearings and appeals
• Conduct solicitor advocacy
• Brief counsel on complex matters
