2-4 years' relevant UK post qualification experience Extensive experience in complex M&A transactions and cross-border deal management Proven ability to work on complex, high-profile, cross-border transactions, advising clients on all aspects of public and private M&A Demonstrated experience executing transactions from inception to completion
The role
This role is for an individual with 2-4 years of UK post-qualification experience in M&A, ideally within the London market. The successful candidate will join the UK M&A practice in London and advise on complex, cross-border transactions.
What you'll do
- Advise clients on all aspects of public and private M&A
- Manage sophisticated clients and transactions
- Supervise or mentor junior lawyers and / or trainees
What we're looking for
2-4 years' relevant UK post qualification experience
Extensive experience in complex M&A transactions and cross-border deal management
Proven ability to work on complex, high-profile, cross-border transactions, advising clients on all aspects of public and private M&A
Demonstrated experience executing transactions from inception to completion
Experience in corporate M&A at a top tier law firm
Confident, commercially-minded, and capable of managing sophisticated clients and transactions
Track record of delivering exceptional client service and building strong client relationships
Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers and / or trainees
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent academic credentials and technical skills
Professionalism and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
