Associate/Senior Associate - Corporate

The role

Mills & Reeve is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate with 1+ years of M&A experience for its London office. This role will focus on corporate finance, M&A, and general corporate advisory work for a diverse range of clients.

What you'll do

• Take day-to-day responsibility for M&A, venture capital and other corporate transactions, with appropriate senior support
• Draft key transaction documents and translate complex legal issues into clear, practical advice
• Coordinate junior colleagues and lawyers across other teams, disciplines and offices
• Manage competing priorities, anticipate issues and keep transactions moving
• Supervise and support the development of trainees and junior lawyers
• Build your professional network and contribute to marketing and business development initiatives
