The role
Burges Salmon is seeking an Employment Associate Solicitor with 3+ years of PQE to join their leading employment law practice in Bristol. This role is for solicitors experienced in advising on complex, business-critical employment matters for high-profile clients.
What you'll do
- Advise on complex employment and workforce issues
- Advise on strategic change programmes and reorganisations
- Advise on employment tribunal and civil litigation
- Advise on global mobility programmes
- Advise on large-scale DSARs
- Advise on sensitive investigations
- Offer client training
What we're looking for
Relevant experience working on employment matters

Self-motivation, curiosity and eagerness to learn
Registration as a lawyer with the SRA
