Associate or Senior Associate - Workplace

The role

This is a role for an Associate or Senior Associate within MinterEllison's Workplace practice group in Brisbane, Australia. The position requires a lawyer with 5+ years of experience in employment law to advise clients on a range of workplace matters.

What you'll do

• Providing strategic legal advice on complex employment law and industrial relations matters including employee claims, enterprise bargaining, interpretation of industrial instruments
• Drafting employment contracts, policies, and procedures
• Representing clients in tribunals and courts
• Managing client relationships and business development activities
• Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team knowledge sharing
