Key requirements

The role
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Banking & Finance team at Allens. The role involves advising clients on various financing arrangements, including project, acquisition, leverage, property, and general corporate financing.
What you'll do
- Advise clients on financing arrangements relating to the structure and documentation for their project
- Advise clients on financing arrangements relating to acquisition and leverage
- Advise clients on financing arrangements relating to property
- Advise clients on financing arrangements relating to general corporate financing
What we're looking for
