The role
K&L Gates is seeking a LEWS Special Projects Lawyer with 5+ years of experience in Employment law. This role is based in Austin, Boston, or Charleston and focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, leveraging technology, and supporting the Commercial Contracts and Technology Solutions team.
What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
- Work closely with experienced partners on a wide variety of commercial contracting matters
- Support a range of projects for the Commercial Contracts and Technology Solutions team
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Technologically savvy
Experience using non-legal AI tools
Willingness to learn and leverage legal AI technologies
Licensed and living in a state with a K&L Gates LLP office
