The role

Dentons is seeking an Employment & Safety Solicitor with 1-3 years of experience to join their Melbourne practice. This role focuses on employment law matters for large corporates and various sectors, offering opportunities for professional development through business development and media activities.

What you'll do

Provide advice and dispute resolution on matters arising from all aspects of the employment lifecycle
Assist the Partner with research and preparation for high-profile engagements across television, radio, webinars and national print publications
Engage in business development and marketing activities

What we're looking for

1-3 years of experience as an Employment Solicitor

Technically sharp and ambitious employment lawyer

Litigation experience

Deep employment law expertise

Drive to build profile and grow a practice

Commercial instinct
