The role

Dentons is seeking a Solicitor with 1-3 years of PQE for its Employment & Safety practice in Brisbane, Australia. This role will focus on public sector employment law, advising the State of Queensland on a range of matters including discipline, work health and safety, industrial, and anti-discrimination.

What you'll do

Provide advice and dispute resolution on matters arising from all aspects of the employment lifecycle
Focus on public sector employment law, acting for the State of Queensland
Handle advice/litigation including discipline, work health and safety, industrial and anti-discrimination matters

What we're looking for

1-3 years of PQE

Technically astute and ambitious lawyers

Demonstrable experience in employment law
