Associate , Cyber , 3+ PQE

The role

Kennedys is seeking an Associate with 3+ PQE to join its Cyber and Data Risk team in London. This role will focus on advising clients on a range of technology, data privacy, and cyber risk matters, including incident response, regulatory investigations, and litigation.

What you'll do

• Support partners and senior lawyers on a wide variety of cyber and data risk matters
• Handle cyber incident response and breach management
• Manage data protection and privacy disputes
• Conduct regulatory investigations and enforcement actions
• Manage technology and cyber-related litigation
• Handle professional indemnity and technology errors and omissions claims
• Address network security and ransomware incidents
• Provide coverage advice for cyber insurers
• Manage reputation management and crisis response matters
• Work directly with clients
• Develop technical expertise
• Play an active role in delivering commercially focused solutions during time-critical situations
