The role
K&L Gates is seeking a Commercial Contracts and Technology Solutions Special Projects Lawyer 2 with 5+ years of experience to join their M&A practice group. This role supports the Commercial Contracts and Technology Solutions team, focusing on a variety of commercial contracting matters, and is open to candidates in Austin/Boston/Charleston, United States.

- Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
- Work closely with experienced partners on a wide variety of commercial contracting matters
- Support a range of projects for the Commercial Contracts and Technology Solutions team
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience
Experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts including manufacturing and supply agreements, distribution agreements, services agreements, consulting agreements, development and collaboration agreements, reseller agreements, and licensing agreements
Technologically savvy with experience using non-legal AI tools
Willingness to learn and leverage legal AI technologies
Licensed and living in a state with a K&L Gates LLP office
