Wilmington Corporate Associate – Alternative Entities

The role

Wilson Sonsini is seeking a Wilmington Corporate Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Alternative Entities practice group. The role focuses on advising growth companies and investors on various aspects of alternative entity law, including limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and statutory trusts, with exposure to M&A and public company practices.

What you'll do

• Advise on a range of alternative entity matters, from formation through governance, reorganization, and dissolution
• Advise on limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and statutory trusts
• Advise on matters related to fiduciary duties, corporate restructurizations, mergers and acquisitions, equity issuances and financings, formation, dissolution and liquidation, and various statutory matters
• Gain exposure to the firm’s broader M&A, emerging markets, and public company practices
