The role
Mallesons is seeking a Solicitor for their Real Estate team in Melbourne. This role will involve working on complex real estate projects, developments, and large-scale sales and acquisitions, and is ideal for a candidate with strong drafting skills and a commitment to client service.
What you'll do
- Work across all aspects of complex real estate projects and developments
- Work on large scale sales and acquisitions
- Advise on risk allocation on complex projects from both a developer and investor perspective
- Run sales and purchases of large assets
- Assist with pitches and managing strategic relationships and networks
What we're looking for
Excellent analytical and communication skills
A drive to keep up to date with real estate sector knowledge
First rate experience in drafting documents
Strong commitment to client service and responsiveness
Well-developed relationship management ability
Willingness to develop strong relationships with team members
Enthusiasm to be involved in business development activities
Must hold all visas and other approvals necessary to work for the firm in Australia if not an Australian citizen or permanent resident
