Real Estate Disputes – Associate / Senior Associate

The role

RPC is seeking a Real Estate Disputes Associate or Senior Associate with 5+ years of PQE to join their Litigation and Real Estate practice in Bristol, United Kingdom. The role focuses on advising clients on a range of property disputes, including commercial leases and development matters.

What you'll do

• Maintain your own case load
• Provide supervision to junior members of the team
• Play an active role in business development
• Handle contentious lease renewals and related court proceedings
• Address interpretation and enforcement of lease obligations
• Manage possession claims and related injunctive relief
• Deal with tenant/borrower insolvency
• Handle disputes relating to joint venture agreements, development management agreements, and other types of property contract
• Manage disputes concerning restrictive covenants and rights of way
• Handle adverse possession and land registration disputes
