What we're looking for

3-5 years of experience with employment-related litigation and advice and counseling

Experience with employment/separation/restrictive covenant agreements

Experience with wage/hour work (e.g., classifications, general compliance)

Experience with leave of absence and policy review

Active member of the Massachusetts bar

Prior experience supporting corporate transactions· nice to have
