The role
TSMP Law Corporation is seeking an Associate Director with 5-7 years of PQE to join its market-leading Construction & Engineering practice in Singapore. This role is for a strategic thinker who can independently supervise and contribute to complex construction disputes and contract negotiations.
What you'll do
- Work directly with partners on a diverse and engaging mix of local and cross-border construction projects
- Actively contribute ideas and direction to help map winning outcomes
- Shape ongoing matters across the entire lifecycle of a project, from contract drafting to dispute resolution
- Provide guidance to juniors
- Coordinate and liaise directly with clients, consultants, and experts, building relationships from commencement
What we're looking for
Singapore-qualified lawyer
5-7 years of PQE
Prior experience in construction law preferred
Curiosity, commitment, interest and a willingness to learn
Ability to articulate ideas and solutions with precision and confidence
