Senior/Principal Associate - Commercial Regulatory

The role

Mills & Reeve is seeking a Senior/Principal Associate in their Commercial Regulatory team for their Birmingham, Cambridge, or Leeds offices. This role is for a regulatory solicitor with 4+ years of PQE, focusing on advising clients on a range of regulatory issues including food, consumer protection, digital, e-commerce, anti-discrimination, and advertising law.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on regulatory issues under food, consumer protection, digital, e-commerce, anti-discrimination and advertising law
• Analyse and apply regulation to a client's problem and devising practical solutions
• Deal with regulatory investigations, ASA complaints and regulatory enforcement action
• Advise on consumer and trading law
• Help businesses who want to launch new products or enter new markets
• Provide multi-jurisdictional advice
• Coordinate multi-jurisdictional projects
